Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Area Sales Manager (FMCG, 1300$++, ID16801)
- Develop plans, execute, and oversee the achievement of sales targets and coverage objectives.
- Develop and maintain an effective distribution system to ensure product availability.
- Manage and develop the team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and nurture the relationship with distributors, ensuring their growth and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure the proper management and utilization of sales assets and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG or F&B industry.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and experience in training and motivating teams.
