Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an AR Accountant (Manufacturing, 500USD, ID21554)
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, VAT invoices, debit/credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and on time.
- Record customer invoices, payments, and cash receipts in the ERP system while maintaining accurate AR records.
- Monitor outstanding balances, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Perform month-end AR closing, bank reconciliation, and prepare AR reports and reconciliation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and maintain documentation for tax and audit purposes.
- Support internal/external audits, tax inspections, and other accounting duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good written English skills with basic verbal communication ability.
