[Job Description] Set up group governance between holding company and subsidiaries and act as a control tower to drive and analyze performance of subsidiaries  Company : Vietnam Holdings of Aluko Group/Hyundai Aluminum VINA  Open position : 3~4 positions of all level in Group Control Tower  Office Location : Hanoi Landmark 72  Major responsibility includes but, not limited to : - Set group governance in terms of process and policy to control and monitor subsidiaries - Analyze cost and perform finance modeling for detailed cost analysis - Analyze financial data and regularly report to C-levels - Identify improvement areas of cost/profit and drive performance of subsidiaries - Provide analytical report and insight on ad-hoc basis Group CEO agenda such as feasibility study of new business, M&A etc. - Drive process innovation and provide input/insight to cost and accounting related system implementation projects running in subsidiary - Train and communicate personnel in subsidiary companies to provide group finance related guidance - Conduct macro market analysis and identify insight for new business - Implement internal control process and monitor - Continuously drive all kinds of innovative activities as a control tower - Communicate/discuss with Aluko Holding Company and set up standardized working practice an process aligned with Aluko Holding Company in Korea  Experience and skills - Have solid background in Finance and accounting - Be able to provide guidance and have a good communication skill - Apply tools, techniques and standards in financial analysis - Native Vietnamese - Fluent oral and written English communication skills - Have strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills - Be active and energized in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment - Work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects - Be hungry for personal success, learning and promotion - Have ability to travel both domestically and internationally  Desired Qualification - Master degree of Finance and accounting - Experience in consulting industry or accounting big 4 as a professionals such as auditor and tax technician - CPA, CFA holder - Experience in a large scale of IT Implementation project - Experience in International taxation advisory  Benefit Successfully candidates will be a part of a professional, motivated and family team working with Korean professional staffs as one team with various benefit and attractive offers - High standard working environment - Very Competitive salary package Please, submit CV to hjjeon928@naver.com if interested and only short listed candidates will be contacted
