Head of Air Freight

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Head of Air Freight (2000 USD, ID12934)

• Control air freight import and export, as well as domestic transportation
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and correspondence from abroad agents, as well as provide solutions
• Monitoring cargo consolidation to make the most of available space.
• Aim for competitive pricing and room to maximize each job's profit.
• Adherence to the company's internal and regulatory regulations, as well as the customer's standard operating procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and internal departments on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to support initiatives as needed.
• Participate in and assist the development of important customers, including pricing and direct customer engagement.

• Gender: Male/Female; Age: 35-45 years old
• Graduated from university in related majors
• At least 03 years working in a similar position in freight logistics/ forwarding industry
• Knowledge of handling air freight shipments, customs and domestic transport
• Good connection/relationship with airlines and local master co-loaders
• Good command of English
