Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become an After-Sales Operations Manager (Automotive, ID 19363) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1.800/month:
- Manage and support dealer service operations to achieve business and KPI targets.
- Monitor dealer performance, implement SOPs, and ensure service quality improvement.
- Act as a liaison between Company and dealers for all after-sales service matters.
- Conduct training for dealer service teams to enhance skills and productivity.
- Lead improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, CSI, productivity) across dealer networks.
- Supervise and guide 7 staff members.
- Prepare regular management reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote Total Support (TS) and Customer Support (CS) activities.
Requirement
- Male/Female, from 37 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Service Management or After-Sales Operations (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of service KPIs, CSI, and dealer operations.
- Experience in Kaizen, process improvement, or dealer development is a plus.
- Good at English
