Job Description
- Providing immediate supervision to staff, setting and delegating tasks, and training and evaluating their performance.
- Processing applications, evaluating transcripts and test scores, issuing certificates of admission, and maintaining records.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental or campus policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Providing leadership in customer service.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
- Other duties as required.
Requirement
- Age under 40 year olds.
- Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Management, Sales Management or a related field is a must.
- Having at least 3 years experience in a same role.
- Experience of using CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Having strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills. Experience of school actvities and event organizing business development.
