The administrative assistant reports to the director and managers to ensure work
processes are carried out smoothly. On-the-job training will be provided, but the
position will require a lot of self-learning.
Some job duties will include:
・ Communicating to clients in-person, over the phone, and digital platforms
・ Organizing and scheduling appointments
・ Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
・ Clerical and administrative activities
・ Minimal accounting and procurement
・ Office cleaning and organization
・ Point of contact for clients, suppliers, etc.
You must be sharp and tactical, have great attention to detail and be proactive.
Other skills that are of importance:
・ Excellent time management/planning skills
・ Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word)
・ Critical thinking and problem solving skills
・ Knowledge of English language is preferred
・ 2+ years experience in office environment
・ No college degree required
