Admin Supervisor

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Admin Supervisor (900 USD, ID12944)

• Keeping track of all contracts, including temporary labor, gardeners, laundromats, and gas stations.
• Organize all departments' stationery.
• Make a press release for a temporary worker, laundry, and stationery.
• Prepare visas, tickets, and other travel documents for expats and visitors...
• Make a declaration of entry, cleaning, vehicles, Green Bean, garden.
• Keep track of car maintenance.
• Keep track of the legal documents for the company.
• Visit the site daily to examine all of the posts and report any security issues.

• Gender: Male; Age: under 45 years old
• Graduated from university major in Law, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same position in the manufacturing industry
• Good command of English
