Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Admin & HR Staff ($550, ID 19671)

Administration / Reception (50%)
  • Handle reception duties: open office, receive calls, mails, documents.
  • Prepare and issue official letters, notices, and internal communications.
  • Manage office facilities, assets, supplies, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers.
  • Organize internal events: company trips, year-end party, birthdays, health check-ups.
  • Arrange and take minutes of monthly meetings.
Human Resources (50%)
  • Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and monthly timesheets.
  • Support payroll preparation and send payslips.
  • Handle social insurance procedures (increase/decrease, adjustments, claims, closing books).
  • Manage PIT-related tasks: tax code registration, dependents, PIT certificates.
  • Manage labor contracts and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment: review JD, screen CVs, arrange interviews, coordinate with headhunters.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees and prepare HR reports.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Admin/HR roles, preferably in trading companies.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Careful, proactive, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
