Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager (Manufacturing,2300$, ID 16126):
- Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are received on time.
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and manage collections.
- Maintain customer account records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Evaluate credit risk and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance and aging reports.
- Analyze collection trends and suggest improvements to increase cash flow.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address issues and streamline processes.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female, Age: Under 45 years old.
- Graduated from University
- 5 years in similar position in Credit Control/ AR Management in FDI manufacturing company.
- Good at English
