Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of Accounts Receivable Accountant ($500, ID19778)
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Issue VAT invoices.
- Check Sales Orders and release on-hold orders from Sales Department.
- Monitor daily bank receipts.
- Follow up receivables (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Prepare monthly debt reminder letters.
- Perform other AR-related tasks.
- Prepare reports as requested by the Manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of ERP systems.
- Good English communication and writing skills (able to attend interview with Japanese Manager).
