Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become an Accounting Supervisor (Manufacturing, ID19667) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1100/month:
- Perform and supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and verifying account information.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities; prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and tax finalizations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Continuously update and apply the latest accounting standards, legal regulations, and tax policies to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all accounting records and reports comply with prevailing accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Liaise and work closely with internal auditors, external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities (e.g. Tax Department, State agencies).
- Support accounting audits, inspections, and provide explanations or required documentation when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager / Finance Manager.
Requirement
- Female, 27-36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in a manufacturing environment and tax-related work is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and current tax regulations.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and handling tax declarations/finalizations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and highly responsible.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
