Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Accounting & HR Specialist (ID20015, 800 USD)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support monthly closing activities, annual audits, and statutory submissions including CIT, VAT, and other tax filings
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting schedules and records
- Perform accurate data entry into the ERP system
- Administer payroll, including statutory deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related documents, and maintain employee records
- Handle visa application procedures for employees
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting cum HR role
- Experience in payroll administration, social insurance, visa processing for expatriates, recruitment, and timekeeping support
- Hands-on experience in handling VAT, PIT, CIT submission, and accounts receivable
- Good command of English
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and other office software
