Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Account Manager (Garment, 2000 USD, ID16609):
- Monitor performance against targets and take immediate corrective and preventive actions if any targets are not being met.
- Ensure high service levels are maintained and take prompt action in case of any decline.
- Manage key customer sales data and handle urgent or special cases effectively.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Establish and streamline operational procedures to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between Customer Service (CS) and internal departments.
- Work on improving operational efficiency and optimizing human resource utilization.
- Support the sales team to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Proficient in computer operations, with mandatory experience in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
