Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $1,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Account Executives (English & Chinese speaking, ID17744) for a foreign investment company.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Provide quotations, negotiate, and sign business contracts.
- Monitor order progress and coordinate with the production and delivery departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any arising issues.
- Improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Work directly with the Workshop Manager and Sales Director from the parent company in China.
- Draft and respond to emails, and read and understand documents in English.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Male/Female | Age: 25 – 45
- College degree or higher (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Staff in a manufacturing factory.
- Proficient in Chinese – all 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) – required (for direct communication with Chinese management).
- Good reading and writing skills in English (especially for emails and technical/commercial documents).
