Absolute Hotel Services head office is based in Bangkok, Thailand while Absolute Hotel Services Indochina office based in Hanoi covers Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.  Absolute Hotel Services India office based in Mumbai covers India, Maldives, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mauritius and Sri Lanka. Absolute Hotel Services Middle East office based in Doha covers the greater gulf region.

 Currently operating and under development properties concluded under the U Hotels & Resorts brand in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, India, Qatar, Oman and Indonesia total 40 with more than 3,700 rooms of which will all be operating by 2013. Eastin Hotels & Residences and Eastin Easy have operating and under development 14 projects on going in Thailand, India, Middle East and Vietnam totalling close to 1,900 rooms operating by late 2013.
