Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a PE Engineer (Mechanical, 1100 USD, ID-17700)
  • Manage the development process of new metal components.
  • Conduct DFM reviews and align designs with the R&D team.
  • Experience in managing regulatory compliance for new products is a plus.
  • Ensure full adherence to the quality management system requirements, including FMEA, control plans, and TCM.
  • Take ownership of quality improvement, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time optimization.
  • Assess component quality and monitor supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to lead prototyping activities, ensuring products meet all specified requirements.
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues, evaluate technical feasibility, and support design optimization.
  • Work closely with team leaders across departments to drive product quality improvements.
  • Provide technical support to production in response to job-related requests.
  • Take charge of both pre-production and mass production stages to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase capacity and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and submit regular updates to the Production Engineering leader. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Male/female, under 38 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in metal or mechanical product manufacturing.
  • Experienced in working with the SAP system..
  • Good at English
