Job description

• Manage and coordinate all after sales activities in Hanoi. 
• Find an adequate location in Hanoi and start to establish/build/renovate the location.
•   Ensure a first class brand appearance in Hanoi and set-up a bench mark after sales center.
•   Provide excellent customer satisfaction.
•   Coordinate and direct all activities within the branch to meet or exceed after sales targets. 
•   Develop a competent, committed and confident team that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations.
•   Provide product training and market knowledge.
•   Provide Hanoi Market analyses and monitor competitor’s activities.
•   Maintain a proper customer’s database.
•   Ensure a smooth order and delivery process of parts and accessories (Tequipmnet).
•   Ensure all after sales tools and special tools are available.
•   Internal reporting (monthly after sales report, after sales performance report, customer satisfaction, stock management, etc.).
•   Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and inspections are passed annually
•   Effectively manage a cost saving approach.
•   Other ad hoc assignments and projects.

•     After Sales experience or equivalent experience.
•     Degree holder preferably educated abroad.
•     Minimum 5 years experience in similar position with a multinational company. 
•     Excellent After Sales knowledge.
•     Excellent Management and communication skills.
•     Fluent in written and spoken English.
•     Dynamic, positive, confident, self motivated and a team player 
•    Take ownership when faced with obstacles and problems
•     Willingness to work hard, sometimes going beyond the normal working hours
•     Bachelor
