Hrchannels’ Client, a world leader in the production of innovative clothes that combine style, comfort and functionality, now is looking for a Finance Manager ( Working Place: Thai Binh City) Financial Policies and Guidelines · Create the necessary guidelines to cover any and all aspects of the Plant’s management of money and communicate the necessary guidelines to end users. · Periodically audit compliance of financial processes against policies and recommend actions as required Budget and Performance Reports · Manage the process and formats for creating annual Plant and Departmental budgets and semi-annual updates and getting the necessary approvals. · Forecast and create monthly report for GM and Department Managers on performance and expenses against forecast. · Provide ongoing financial analyses. Cash Management · Create weekly cash flow forecast. Request cash as needed; recommend to GM use of excess cash (eg. time deposit, pay down debt, etc.) · Oversee payroll function to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of monthly salaries and piece-rate payments. · Review accuracy and appropriateness of supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash receipts before sending forward to designated manager for approval as specified in the Plant financial policies. · Monitor the outstanding accounts receivables and follow-up those which are past the agreed payment period Cost Management · Work with GM and managers to assist them in costing exercises and cost reduction analyses. Provide cost analysis tools such as variance analysis to managers, and train them how to use the tools to identify cost drivers and identify cost reduction opportunities. · Identify the Plant’s major controllable costs, create reports to track and analyze these costs, and work with relevant department managers to develop cost saving measures. · Prepare financial statements (eg. P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.). · Ensure taxes are reported and tax payments are settled in a timely manner and in accordance with Country regulations · Be the primary Plant representative to coordinate all Group and external financial audits and tax investigations. · Monitor financial activities of the Plant Fixed Asset Management · Oversee the capital expenditure application and write-off procedure to ensure it is within Group guidelines. · Track incoming, outgoing, and retiring fixed assets. Follow-up to ensure timely refund of associated import taxes. Risk Management · Ensure adequate insurance coverage on all major risk areas such as building, fixed assets, inventory, boilers/generators, cash, people, etc. Managerial Leadership of Immediate Team
