Hrchannels’ Client, a Malaysia’ s leading construction and infrastructural group, is now looking for an Assistant Sales & Research Manager in Ha Noi. Purpose of Job / Job Summary: - Responsible to analyze, recommend and support the department’s functions by evaluating the current property market trend and ensure that the necessary researches are done to support recommendation. Responsible for all sales function – ie, implementation of sales strategies in line with the Company’s business plan § Supervise the operational efficiency of its section § Ensure that the proper researches are done accordingly, to support recommendations § Continuous research and identification of new potential growth area & projects § Liaise with government departments and property consultants, when necessary. § Implementing and follow through of Company’s sales plan. § Analyzing and tabulating sales research data on competitor’s activities. § To generate product awareness and branding through sales campaigning. § To cooperate with marketing team to implement of marketing communication strategies to generate product awareness based on allocate budget. § To adopt a motivational and consultative approach on sales staffs to ensure high moral thereby realizing sales goal. § Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
