Recruitment Manager ($1500 - $2500)

Hrchannels’ Client, a world leader in the production of innovative clothes that combine style, comfort and functionality, now is looking for a Recruitment Manager (Working Place: Thai Binh City)

Within the context of Group and Plant direction, to provide managerial leadership to Recruitment team to support Plant management with the methodologies, tools and systems of a comprehensive recruitment process in order to attract, fully integrate, and engage the talent needed in order to achieve the Plant’s performance goals.

Job requirement

At least a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred;
At least 5 years experience related in human capital management, with a minimum of the last three years working as a Team leader or equivalent position
Honest, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, capable of working accurately and efficiently under pressure
Good analytical, problem solving
Excellent communication in both oral and written English and Vietnamese
Strong communication and people management skill
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Good computer skills
Salary: From $1500 - $2000
