Job description

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will hold responsibilities in designing and developing solutions, providing consultancy services; specializing on technology and working with partners.

The key areas of focus are as follows:


 

Pre-sales of Company's services relative to the focused competencies to our customers on a global basis which include:
 

• Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
   
• Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer's requirements
   
• Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist
   
• Act as knowledge broker and trusted advisor on Company’s service offerings globally and provide direction, guidance and support on complex sales engagements
   
• Highlight the positive impact of Company’s solutions to help them achieve customer's business goals
   
• Provide pre-sales and delivery of technical consultancy/Enterprise Architecture services to our customers on a global basis
   
• Provide a source of advice (ongoing) on their ICT landscape as they develop and implement customer's strategies

• Develop a high level of the knowledge for products under the focused competencies, be technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions
   
• Perform evaluations on products within the focused competencies for greater understanding of their capabilities

• Deliver enablement sessions to Company's presales to help articulate Company's service offerings and solutions and comparatively position with competitor's solutions
   
• Develop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance.
   
• Maintain reusable components to facilitate selling process and ensure consistency in quality of services promised to our customers
   
• Contribute to competency enablement throughout the community on a global basis
   
• Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community. This enhances Company's ability to support the growth expectations of the business, and community build the image and success of the brand

• Identify, build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strength Company's product capabilities and get up-to-speed with the up and coming technologies

1. More than 8 years of application project delivery experience with at least 3 full project SDLC.
    
2. Technically strong and aspire to demonstrate thought leadership in the technologies covered.
    
3. Consulting experience as an internal consultant or with an international consulting organisation is preferred.
    
4. Excellent communication skills and strong relationship management skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
    
5. Presentation skills and ability to present to large audiences.
