Job description

• Co-ordinate, supervise and evaluate investigations of new technology and approaches in construction and buildings are objectively conducted.
• Responsible for all the project and site related matters
• Accountable for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as manpower assignment, quality and productivity management, checking sub-contractor claims, site safety and health issues, welfare or site progress vs. construction schedule, timely and accurate site reports and any related site initiatives
• Responsible in preparation and calculation of project(s) costing, computation of BQ and other relevant works
• Ensure project(s) viability and profitability through negotiations with clients, suppliers and contractors

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s):  English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Project Managers specializing in construction of housing and building or equivalent.
