•Determine the optimum size and structure of the sales force as well as to establish balanced and manageable sales areas and territories that will effectively and efficiently meet their financial goals and sales objectives. •Manage and control the sales force including sales supervisors to develop their skills, ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and that monthly and yearly sales targets are met.
•Formulate and maintain their sales standard operating procedures and control mechanism such as basic call procedure, time management, effective coverage and work plan, accounts and stocks management,
operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to ensure maximum sales force effectiveness and efficiency. •Appoint, develop and control their distributors; plan and organize training needs of their personnel and conduct periodic business review to validate distributor’s sales performance and adherence to distributor’s agreements.
•Implement necessary programs to achieve effective distribution system.
• Exploit new products and other business opportunities, promotions, discounts, pricing, trade deals, competitors’ activities and other Marketing related activities.
• Ensure prompt delivery. Formulate measures and other procedures to improve Administration functions and services.
• Report/discuss monthly sales performance of each territory and formulate strategies and action plans on how to improve them. Prepare monthly sales objectives.
• Perform other related functions.
Salary Pakage: 12,000$/Year
